The database was in a good location and had expected amenities in our unit. the room was always clean when we walked in after a long day on campus, which was much appreciated.

The Wi-Fi connection in the database was a bit slow at times, making it a bit difficult to complete work efficiently.

Excellent staff, answered all questions.

Generally, the place was superior and had excellent and helpful staff in a very pleasant manner. It had a comfortable location just off local restaurant's, Christchurch after a 12-hour flight and eating establishments. Sherborne Street district was worth staying in. The studio suite was great value, included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets...

The studio suite here had central heating, an iron, and coffee and tea making facilities; everything was tidy, and the bathtub was spacious.

The staff was pleasant, amiable all the time.

location: the hotel was just next door to restaurants that were down the road and good pub and restaurants and hagley park and town. the room was reasonably large and spotless and included a refrigerator, an oven, and kitchenware.

We had a very relaxing stay at Rosewood Court Motel-recommended.

We appreciated the convenience of the apartment available with outdoor furniture and a spa bath, for instance...

The location here is fantastic, very close to the city center and a wonderful bakery nearby.

Clean, quiet and adequate.

Unfortunately the cleaner had left the shower rose facing the shower door and so when I went to turn the shower on, which had great pressure, I got a full blast of cold water all over me and the floor. There was only one towel each (2) and so I only had the bath mat to mop up the flood. Would like to think that there was adequate number of towels and of course the shower head facing away from the door !!

Unfriendly welcome - handed keys to room then we had to find it. Scum noted around shub bath.

I had a nice stay here, would recommend it as all the staff were very polite and helped me with any issues.

Found a hair in the Spa Bath I had to wash it out before I used it

The staff at Rosewood were fantastic! I really could not ask for better personal service. They went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and that all our needs were met. Very friendly and very helpful. I will be staying again at Rosewood with my husband! The location was great as it was easy access to everything I needed to do. The room was clean, comfortable and very cozy! I would gladly recommend the Rosewood to all my friends who will stay in Christchurch. Great job guys!
